Lemon Balm - has a beautiful lemony scent- great for your nervous system, that can affect your heart and digestive system. Beautifully, I'll summarize as an herb that raises your spirits and comforts the heart. So much good here.

32oz Vessel to hold water (see note below πŸ’§)
ICE
Fresh Lemon balm
Strawberries
Mineral sea salt
Pro Tip- if you happen to have lemon- add some in and make a super hydrating and healing lemonade. πŸŒΏπŸ‘Œ

In your vessel add sea salt, lemon balm, your strawberries- fill with some water- let infuse for however long you can wait- 1-2 hours- give or take.
Fill glass with as MUCH ICE as possible- because it will melt quickly in this heat- and if you're like me- gimme the ICE COLD WATER.

Did you know adding a pinch of sea salt and the sugar from the berries will help you absorb water on cellular level- remember.. these are your spark plugs.
