Herbed Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Anyone recently notice they ridicous prices for a good salad dressing?

Okay, back up. What makes a good salad dressing? Things I look for:

What kind of oil is being used

How many ingredients are in the salad dressing

And of course- is there added sugar? Which I am not too worried about alittle bit, especially coming from quality sources such as a local honey.

Best oils for your salad dressing:

Avocado

Olive

Walnut

Sesame

Here are the oils I urge you to avoid.

Okay back to business here.

Honey Mustard Dressing

1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard (I like the whole grain and/or spicy)

1-2 Tbsp Local Honey

4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 Cup chopped herbs (such as sage, thyme, rosemary, chives- a combo of all even)

Add ingredients to a bowl and whisk well. Store in fridge for 1-2 weeks.

Enjoy!! This is so delicious!!
