You will absolutely love this recipe and the simplicity!!

Salt & Pepper

Sides://

Blistered shishito peppers

Sprouted Rice & beans

Details://

In a dutch oven warm oil (ghee or duck fat). Meanwhile, season pork with salt & pepper. Add to the hot fat, brown each side- add onion and pour salsa on top. Reduce temp to low, place the lid on the dutch oven and slow simmer for 2-3 hours until easily pulls apart with a fork!

This is a delicious meal to roast in the fire (once we cool off and back into camp fire season!) Or made a head of time and reheated on your camp stove!

Served well with sprouted rice & beans for extra protein punch! Or wrapped up in a tortilla!

Enjoy & Stay Nourished!!
