The Easiest Roasted Brussels Sprouts

20191201_184723.jpg

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussel Sprouts - Rinsed & Outer Leaves Removed, and Sliced in Half

1 Tbsp Butter

Pinch of Sea Salt

1-2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

This recipe works best in a cast iron skillet or dutch oven! (However, could be sauteed in a pan, then transferred over to an oven safe dish if you need). Heat stove top to med-high and add 1 tbsp of butter, melt and then add the halved Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Saute until slightly brown on one side. Place dish in the oven* I usually set a timer for about 20 minutes. Then I drizzle with about 1-2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar. Let cook in the oven for approx 1 minute. ENJOY!!!!

Optimal Toppings that are delicious! Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Feta Cheese and Pomegranate Seeds. You could do all even I suppose.

*Note (You can use a lid if you have one, it will cook the Brussels quicker and likely be a tad softer- still good but just FYI). I do not use a lid because my hubs loves his Brussels a bit crispy.

With Love,

Amanda
