Love muffins but want something savory? Ya, me too.

A “recipe” I played with by taking a sweeter paleo muffin and switching out for some savory flavors to use up the ridiculous amount of left over ham from Christmas as well as the shredded frozen zucchini from summer - all to make something that would travel well for our hippy snow bum travels over the holiday.

I’m not recipe developer so I can’t promise what worked for me- will work for you- LOL. But I made this 3 times and it worked out each time- all while increasing the protein and zucchini.- for extra benefits I would even consider adding a scoop or two of collagen powder- this has not been tested- but probably would be incredible.

Packed with macro nutrients for a day out skiing - or holds up well for a ski snack in your pack. I think you will sure enjoy these.
