Rhubarb Hibiscus Iced Tea🤸

Deets//
Using Fresh/dehydrated or frozen Rhubarb.
1 Tbsp Hibiscus
Fresh Pep
.
32oz filtered water
1 Cup Rhubarb (if using dehydrated you'll likely only need about a half a cup).

Bring water to boil in saucepan- add Rhubarb- simmer for about an hour.

Strain the Rhubarb out- add in the Hibiscus simmer for 10/20 minutes. Strain- let cool.

Pour on top of ice - top with mint.

Hibiscus is a cooling and mildly sedative (for those who need to calm down just alil) tea- making great for a warm day- also can be soothing for inflamed digestive system- alsooooo Hibiscus can be nourishing to the liver! Heyyyyy. So good!!!

Rhubarb- rich in vitamins/antioxidants. Also for those - who aren't having a regular 💩 can be helpful for constipation 🥳
