There has been a sequence of Iron deficiency with my clients- and myself. Therfore encouraging me to up my Iron Rich food intake and food creations.

Iron Rich Dinner Camp Hash-

You'll need
1 lb Grass-fed Ground Beef
1 Canned Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Green Chiles
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1/2 Sweet Onion Chopped
Roasted Cauliflower
Chopped Jalapeño (seeds removed)
1 can pinto beans (or black beans)
1/2 packet of Taco Seasoning I use @sietefoods

Toppings
Mango Salsa
A scoop of rice - I topped with Sprouted Jalapeño Lime Rice.

Cook rice
Roast cauliflower

Meanwhile brown beef- Use a cast iron skillet!!! As this is will give you a significant amount of extra iron to your food. I strain some excess fat.
.
While meet is draining....sauté onions and pepper. Return beef to pan.

Add in taco seasoning- and 1/4 cup of water. Stir, add tomatoes, jalapeño, beans and the roasted cauliflower. Stir and simmer for 5 or so minutes.

Top with mango salsa and rice.
.
Enjoy- around a campfire. You know, for that relaxing state.

Note the left over are tasty with some scrambled eggs and a touch of hot sauce.
