Herby Potatoes!

An easy, flavorful recipe coming your way!

This dish became a staple in our home—mainly because our herb garden is wildly out of control (in the best way possible)!

Here’s how to make it:

Grab a handful of your favorite potatoes—sweet, colorful, or both!

Preheat oven to 400°F

Slice potatoes evenly so they cook at the same rate

Drizzle with avocado oil or tallow (we’re roasting at high heat!)

Sprinkle with sea salt

Now the fun part: HERBS.

I used about 1/2 cup (yes, really) of fresh herbs:

Marjoram

Chives

Sage

Rosemary

Oregano

Chop them up well and mix together.

Toss the herbs with the potatoes, roast until crispy (to your preference), and dig in!
