This one is literally shouting out to all you who grew up eating Tim’s Sea Salt & Vinegar chips. I mean, I personally love them. But I am also always looking for something healthier that gives me just as much joy! And these are hitting the SPOT! Delicious on their own, on a salad or in your trail mix for something extra salty!

Ingredients://

1 Can Chickpeas- rinsed and drained

2 Cups White Vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Deets://

You will need: dehydrator & fruit leather trays

In a sauce pan place the chickpeas and vinegar. Add a pinch of the sea salt and bring vinegar to a boil. Turn off heat and let the chick peas soak in the vinegar for 30 minutes or so.

Drain chickpeas and discard remaining vinegar. Place the chickpeas on fruit leather trays and sprinkle with a touch more sea salt. And put the chickpeas in the dehydrator.

Dehydrate at 135 degrees for approx 10-12 hours.

Store in an airtight container.

Enjoy!!!
